Hello Neighbors,
As another season
comes to a close, we want to THANK YOU for all of your generous support
this year in helping to keep our community a special place to live. Your
membership, donations of time and money, and participation in our activities
and fundraisers go a long way in helping us maintain and enhance the place we
call home.
Although we have a
long way to go, we made progress in our fundraising efforts to restore the
pavilion. Beyond what is needed for routine expenses, we raised over
$3,000! We could not do it without all
of you. So once again, a great big THANK
YOU!
Association Membership Update
We are pleased to
announce that membership was up from 26 families in 2013 to 34 families this
year!

Important Reminders
This year we
distributed membership badges to all Oak Hills Members and their
families. Membership is for the entire
calendar year so please remember to carry your membership badge at all
times when on Association property.
For insurance purposes, non-members are not permitted on Association
property at any time, unless invited to an event. Your cooperation will help keep our community
safe and avoid any potential conflicts regarding membership.
Please Drive
Slowly! As a reminder, please drive slowly and carefully
around the roads of our community. Many
of our roads are very narrow, and there are children and dog walkers frequently
out and about.
A Harsh Winter
Prediction means…. Bears! Bears are a common
sighting in our community, especially now, due to their foraging for their
winter slumber. It is time to bring in
those bird feeders and make sure that your garbage is secure at all times!
